ดิ เอเลแฟนท์แมน หรือ มนุษย์ช้าง (อังกฤษ: The Elephant Man) เป็นภาพยนตร์อเมริกันที่ออกฉายในปี ค.ศ. 1980 กำกับโดยเดวิด ลินช์ อำนวยการสร้างโดยเมล บรูคส์ ดัดแปลงจากชีวิตจริงของ โจเซฟ เมอร์ริค (ในภาพยนตร์ใช้ชื่อว่า จอห์น เมอร์ริค ตามที่ระบุในหนังสือ The Elephant Man and Other Reminiscences (1923) เขียนโดยนายแพทย์เฟรเดริก เทรเวส) ชายชาวอังกฤษในคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 19 ที่มีความผิดปกติตามร่างกาย เป็นเนื้องอกตามใบหน้าและระยางค์ เนื่องจากพันธุกรรม จนได้ฉายาว่า “มนุษย์เดนช้าง’เ(Elephantiasis)
